Ancient techniques have been handed down for generations through the elders and Kumu (teachers) long, gliding strokes using palms, forearms, elbows. Pressure can be from light to firm depending on your needs.

These stones are heated to perfection to sooth sore, tired muscles. The lava stones featured in this treatment were polished smooth by the relentless pounding of the Pacific Ocean and are a gift from our beautiful Island.

Pamper your body from head to toe with this relaxing nurturing massage, which is specially designed for mothers-to-be. Deep pressure is contraindicated in pregnancy; and this is a gentle to medium pressure.
